Owners are not leaders. They are dictators.

Pros

The employees are great to work with. The company is successful because of the loyalty from its employees. It is successful in spite of the owners.

Cons

Owners are very controlling. They are authoritative and do not work collaboratively with others . They want to be leaders but have no idea how to do so. Owners use power to try to disguise their complete lack of competence. People are in fear of speaking up. The culture in the office is horrible. Watch your back! I quit voluntarily and was not asked to resign.
