I was not impressed at all on my first work day. Upper management is solely focused on their egos. The company's sorting process is horrible, with no actual organization. Managers and business owners bully staff constantly. They don't care about their employees or keeping them. I would not recommend anyone to work themselves to exhaustion, best to look for employment elsewhere.

Bullying from the top, management, and seniors act like frat boys behaving irresponsibly and unethically! They think they're doing their initiations on new employees which is as ridiculous as you can imagine! They made the work atmosphere horrible and toxic! Stay away from this company!
