Management - There is a void in key leadership positions that create issues with maintaining a clear direction for the future of the company. Human Resources- HR treats employees poorly and doesn't the value the employees.

Pros

Health insurance. 4 day work week (10hours). Some of the people aren't atrocious or creeps.

Cons

Workload is unreasonable. Be prepared to take on extra work that should belong to another department. Reviews and raises are irregular. Enjoy your bee stressballs as a company bonus. Owner(s) are so far removed from the company and still want to hold onto power. Having an actual proper CEO, director of ops, controller would probably help the crap show the company has been. 3 month lead time on a hose. Try telling that to customers on the phone for 6 months. Can't even blame it on tariffs, that was early 2024.
