Nothing good. Do not work for this company.

Cons

A typical day at work for this company is dreadful. Management is toxic and disorganized. Every task, no matter how small, was scrutinized and controlled. You will also notice there is little to no consistency and proper communication with the management, most will do whatever they want. The company only cares about profits and their needs, your mental nd physical health is non existent according to them. If you're aspiring young enthusiasts, my advise is to stay away from this immature organization!

The employees are hardworking and great people. The healthcare is great

Cons

The owners and upper management treats their employees terribly. They lead by fear and intimdation. They will write you up on the whim on the mentally unstable owners. The owners push their political views and racism in the company.
