Pros

You don’t have to get dirty, it is air conditioned usually.

Cons

They don’t allow for enough employees to be hired and pay bare minimum wage to store associates. You only get 20% discount and often there are promotions that customers also get 20% off (we could at least get 25%). They don’t pay us enough to have us worrying about a million things (theft, inventory, truck, friendliness)

Pros

Worked with my school schedule, good management, easy part time job for a young individual in school, decent company

Cons

Low pay, expected to work most nights and weekends, customers can be difficult, some store policies don't make sense
