family feel, schedule, people not including the people in the front office,
Cons
training style or lack there of, no clarity, no one is safe, saw several people fired with no reason given, saw several people fired on the spot because they weren't liked, and vice versa...several people taking advantage of the company that should have been let go but kept being given more chances, the pay is extremely low compared to industry standards except for the higher ups who act like they accomplish a lot...but the majority of people getting anything done are not them. Lastly, please take a look at all the ladies in the front and figure out if they are ALL actually pulling their own weight. It seems there may be some confusion about what their job duties are and what work is.
