Pros

Good opportunity to learn at the beginning. Benefits are also decent.

Cons

Department stress is high and overtime is required. Management picks and chooses who gets ahead. Working hard, being helpful and taking extra permissions and responsibilities will get you extra work and stress but isn’t enough to get you promoted. Management from other departments is difficult to work with as well.
