company down sizing but able to regroup and expand. Changing with the time as the industry grows in a new direction expanding into education programs and imaging

Flexible work schedule as long as your manager isn't a jerk.

Cons

Everyone above the assocate works to better themselves. They'll stab people in the back, lie, cheat, steal sales, etc. just to get ahead and fill their own pockets and make themselves look good. Merit based work doesn't exist. Haven't had a review in 5 years.
