Good people, good job and fun to get results. Adhering to company directive and proved them as value. Like the product there and the opportunity to up sell. Did so consistently.

getting to learn/play with new equipment, help regulars better photographers, was able to transfer cross-country during the companies heyday.

Cons

low base wage, only can make nice commissions at high-volume/traffic stores. one size fits all management for stores in very different markets.
