Pros

The Ritz-Carlton's high standards for employees ensures a positive, caring, like-minded environment. "Family" and "team" are not just meaningless words thrown around; you can feel the support surrounding.

Cons

With any spa, for a Massage Therapist there are slow times and it is almost impossible to maintain a full time or part time position.

Pros

It trusts its employees enough to truly empower them with responsibilities. They do not believe in micromanaging. They understand that if they recruited you, it's because you're good enough that you don't need babysitting. Yet, this does not take away from having a mentor that's always available to teach you or answer your questions, when the need arises. They really care about the growth, both personal and professional of their team, and invest a lot of time and money to properly train everyone.

Cons

I do not really have any cons that may be specific to this property or organization. All I can say pertains to the industry in general, and that is that at times the work hours can be a little extensive.
