Strong company values, five star focused service, luxury environment.

Cons

Hotel discount benefit does not feel competitive. Pay is the same as other less luxurious hotels close by.

Pros

You met a lot of customers with different background. Really great if you are planning to expand your network. Also a good kickstarting place for fresh graduate

Cons

A lot of changes happens at the same time. It disrupts the whole work system. Some individual are not the most pleasant to work with. Minimum work life balance.
