Pros

I love the culture , the training and the encouragement. The opportunity to grow is huge. The support and attention to detail is impeccable. I think it depends what property you’re at because I’ve heard of stories at some properties that are not good. But I highly recommend the company.

Cons

None to speak of, none that I experienced

Pros

The benefits were competitive compensation not as much.

Cons

The environment is toxic and leadership movers in a way that is conniving and deceitful as well as act in a manner completely opposing their then credo, core values, and employee promise.
