Pros

Wonderful Co workers and beautiful property. I loved the guests!

Cons

Low pay, pressure to cut quality, false advertising. Mgmt blood thirsty for promotions. Some managers do not follow ADA. Marriott should sell the brand to a company that knows true luxury.

Pros

Good health benefits, dental, 401k. You learn a lot. If you do anything in the Front Desk, Food and Beverage Department or any position dealing with guests, you will become a doctor in customer service and hospitality.

Cons

Difficult to move up in Food and Beverage and other departments because pay is so low for supervisors who have an immense amount of responsibility and basically live there. Departments such as "Sales" as well as the Executive Staff needs to get a hold of their ego's and put some humility in their lives.

Pros

None whatsoever, as you're treated like a slave on a plantation.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, poor benefits, overbearing supervisors, nasty snotty guests that treat you like you're their personal slave. And those are just a few of the cons.
