Pros

-Good company to have on your resume -Good reputation worldwide (Marriot, The Ritz-Carlton) -Allow transfer and cross-training in different department

Cons

-Although the experience with the company is good in other countries (e.g. US), the same culture and experience is not necessarily translated as clearly in Asia -Pay is low -Not transparent on who is qualified for promotion and why -Not transparent on timeline on when a person will get promoted -A lot of people promoted because they suck up to upper level management
