Pros

Great when looking to get hired at other great personal relationship companies. I really enjoyed making friends and working with everyone. The club atmosphere was the best and much preferred to the hotel.

Cons

Pay can be a little on the low side. Hours are sometimes had to get during season. But the benefits well outweigh it all.

Pros

The company gave me an opportunity to truly grow over my 8 years with them. I would still be with them if they had not made some leadership changes. I hope to work for them again one day.

Cons

Does not provide a true quality of life as the employee promise talks about.
