Great benefit: Health Insurance, Pension Plan Program, Paid Vacation, Sick Days, Employee Benefit (discount to book hotels or use other Marriott's facilities), Great for the Resume Great Environment, Being respected by the management Working hours (they want to make everyone works for 8hours)| Known goals to achieve

Cons

Unfortunately, you have to say yes to almost all the requests or other options that might be difficult for the employee to do to satisfy the guests. Lack of people developments. Hard to maintain work life balance.
