Pros

Best training you will ever receive in customer service and guest engagement that can be applied to all aspects of your life. Working with people who are passionate.

Cons

Extremely corporate structure. Managers are very intense about guest engagement and can sometimes forget that you're still learning and don't give much access to upper level management.
