Pros

There is no pro of working here

Cons

Unfair treatment by upper management. No fair pay and they expect us to work 17-18 hours a day. No offs and most of their staff quits within 6 months. Lack of training and no structure. They do some unlawful things like not paying their staff. The whole hotel upper management is making work place poisonous to the point where people are getting fired or they are quitting. GM and HR is well aware of all this. I recently came to know that one of the manager from housekeeping was admitted to the hospital due to their actions. This place has worst work life balance and they treat you like your life doesn’t matter.
