Pros

Just the name on your resume

Cons

Absolutely no respect for personnel No regard for employees with families Consistently looking for ways to cheat you of your benefits and rights No appreciation or acknowledgement Extreme politics Hotel run completely in a totalitarian way by local owner and his ‘people’. Ritz carlton is just a puppet brand in their hands
