Good training scheme, great perks, lovely and encouraging team to work with!

Lack of career growth, no chair to sit on during a shift :(

Pros

Great healthcare, free meals, continuing education allowance, fair commission compensation for the type of work I did. Staff events and parties.

Cons

" office politics", not much room for advancement, repeating training and "mottos" etc to often. It can leave u feeling like a robot at times

Pros

A place where individual differences is being valued. Good training plan for every associate. And lastly you will feel that you belong and you matter.

Cons

I am just writing this to complete the review. Well it says i have 7 days or i lose the 12 month unlimited trial period. And yes i am broke and cheap.
