Pros
Definitely the extensive and constant training you receive for different skills. There is a genuine care for your capacity building. Another strong point is the teamwork experience, in my experience it is full of talented and passionate individuals from which you learn a lot.
Cons
It's such a good place to work higher positions rarely open and when they do, there is a queue of people that have been waiting for years. So if you are a relatively new member, unless you pull some strings, take a ticket and wait
