Pros

Great opportunity to move up in the company and a great way to meet guests from all over the world.

Cons

Management changes often and is not consistent with upholding rules or values. Management overworks their employees and lets good, hard workers go, while promoting people who are inexperienced or undeserving.

Pros

Great pay, higher than most hotels. The benefits are amazing. Health, vision, dental, 401k, tuition help, relocation assistance, an entire department dedicated to helping you find professional services from babysitters to elderly care. They really truly do look after their people and will always support you as long as you give them your all.

Cons

Management moves around a lot so sometimes things get started but never finished.
