Pros

Feel apart of the organization. There is a very great sense of belongingness. People are generally nice with not much politics. Pay is the best in Singapore, no where else will be willing to pay you this much as an entry level.

Cons

No downside really. Though the work can be very mundane and repetitive. Not the kind of job if you want to grow. Managers stick to their jobs and company forever, never leaving their post. This makes promotion something that rarely happens.
