Pros

great option to start a career in hospitality, good team to work with it, discounts at other Ritz locations for employers and their families

Cons

HR management without any vision, make sure that your pay check is correct, some people work much harder than others.

Not great

Pros

Have high end OS&E, that fits with the ritz carlton standard of old school luxury. But can feel outdated for younger people

Cons

Can be unorganized, as well they don't look after all the ladies and gentlemen. A bit surprised a 5 star hotel operates this poorly, compared to other top hotels
