Pros
The pay is decent for a therapist. Not spectacular, but a little above average.
Cons
Management's top priority is profit. If that means discharging an unsafe patient when insurance stops paying, they will. If that means keeping patients longer than necessary, they will. If that means cutting staff down to a "skeleton crew," they will. In addition, they bully, intmidate, and retaliate against anyone who they suspect files a complaint or speaks out about unethical and illegal practices.
