      FANTASTIC WORK EXPERIENCE! It looks great on a resume.

      High turnover, low pay, no help from management, building is disgusting and falling apart, patients sleep on the floor, staff is rude and mistreats patients, overall do not recommend working here unless you have tough skin.

      Working with patients is always rewarding

      Cons

      Unsafe facility. Staffing issues. One nurse to 30 patients sometimes. Nurse station doors haven't properly closed in over a year despite repeated visits by OSHA. Any positive reviews about this place are written by directors and not staff that work the floor. The CEO is complacent. Two directors put it in their notice on the same day. No one wants to work here because of poor leadership and safety concerns.
