I could smell, fell and live the great culture of the company. Even said it on video that Upen and Saloni built a great culture in this company. They truly cared for each n everyone. Even if someone will shout at Saloni, she will go back with more compassion and it will convert the employee from a hater to a supporter. Upen has a heart of Gold. He would even buy gift cards from his own pocket so if someone missed the white elephant gift they get one. He would come to every event big or small and show his support. He would run the marathon with us, he would eat with us, he would play bingo or trivia game with us and never show that he is too busy for his employees. He even visits his employees if they are unwell. He will call you if you are distressed even though you may be in another continent. Oh my God I cant rave enough about the love that each employee receives here. Rest of the leadership team is equally respectful and caring. I wish I could work with this team forever.
Cons
Riversand got acquired and all nice people have left or leaving. Its not the same anymore. No one seems to care.
