Pros
I have been with Riversand for more than 8 years now. Have seen good and some not so good times. There are a lot of opportunities for people who are hungry to take charge, learn diverse set of skills or build a career. Essentially, its up to the employee to utilize the opportunity for their own sake. One of the many advantages working for a small enough company with a big enough vision.
Cons
There are still many people who play multiple roles, primarily because there they need more employees for the work and plans they have.
