Pros

I had no idea what I was doing as an intern, but the training provided was excellent, and now I'm a full-time employee. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career. The organization as a whole is proud of how they handle their staff. From the way the company treated me to the friendships I formed with coworkers, this was one of the nicest professional experiences I've ever had.

Pros

Cannot think of anything after acquisition.

Cons

It used to be a better company before acquisition by Syndigo. There is no work life balance at all. You will have to work a lot but should not ask for market standard salary. Hikes are very bad. They even stop basic deepavali gift etc if you have resigned. There are no perks of any kind. HR team is not helpful.
