The Product is in a great growing domain. Opportunity to work on latest technology. Lot of experienced senior members willing to share their knowledge and help you grow.

Cons

Nothing specific to this company. Just the extended hours associated with most technology companies and working with offshore teams.

Pros

CEO and VP of PS are great guys, and very approachable. Work hard and produce results, and you'll get noticed. I met a lot of great people there. Lots of freedom to work without feeling micro-managed.

Cons

Competency and results are rewarded with an unmanageable workload. HR is terrible. If you travel a lot, it's out of your pocket, and reimbursement is slow and sometimes non-existent. Too much focus on closing licensing deals, and not enough on ensuring successful implementations. Poor benefits.
