Pros

You can work in different projects in short time

Cons

They make you to work for more time.. Even on weekends. and you will have to work like a slave. Work-Life balance is less and you should be prepared for it. Expect less Bonus with time delay. promotions not depends on your technical skills. There are some senior people who don't have enough technical skills.

- No proper planning for deliverables. - No coordination between Enginnering and their PS teams - Too much of OT

Nothing can be written here.

Cons

Worst managed company. No recognition for your work. Very unorganized. The recent good reviews are by the loyal people who are blind to the reality or they have inflated egos They have written the reviews to increase the credibility which is not there in the first place . It will be a mistake if you join this company Stay away.
