- Great team to work for - The company has a great work culture - A lot of fun corporate activities coordinated by office support - Individual responsibilities are the driving factor

Cons

Management has the tendency to micro-manage their most dedicated efficient employees. Management should support a healthy work-life balance and improve the PTO corporate policy if they want to recruit passive talent and compete with major IT corporations.
