Love the group of co-workers and distance to work.
Cons
Administration does not care about you as an employee. Never gives raises instead tells you "you are overpaid" but then they make $279,000 plus with no medical degree to sit in a office and tell you this. She does not contribute to making the employee satisfaction better as long as she and her management co-workers get raises and bonuses. Preach that all providers are equal but APPs are never treated equal.
