Pros

Good health, vision and dental insurance.

Cons

High employee turnover. Offsite employees feel like a number to upper management. Upper management has lost touch with their employees at least in my location.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Riverside Research. As a not-for-profit company, Riverside Research does not pay dividends to stakeholders, which enables us to reinvest back to our employees as well as other company-wide initiatives. We are pleased you appreciated the benefits we offer. We recognize that communication with employees located at remote locations can be challenging. As a well-dispersed company, we are always looking for innovative ways to improve communication. Through our monthly newsletters, leadership company-wide emails, and customer site visits we have been most successful. We appreciate your constructive feedback.

Worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Good benefits is all I can say.

Cons

Terrible work environment, it seemed like 15 incompetent managers for every employee that actually produces; yet somehow there was no oversight. I had seen constant fraudulent behavior in charging, and communicating with our customers on a weekly basis. The direct supervisors all seemed like used car salesmen. I had raised my concerns, and the chain of command ignored them. I raised them outside the chain of command to the prime and was chastised and tormented for it. I finally left out of disgust for the unethical behavior and general incompetence this company showed daily.
