Pros

Pay is good, benefits are outstanding, leadership is working hard to grow the company, increase diversity, and become a leader in its field. Work-life balance is outstanding and the model is set from the top R&D budget is very strong and provides a true differentiator for any researcher vs working only "on contract"

Cons

Some parts of the company are struggling to keep up with growth

CEO is ruining the company

Pros

Good people working for the company who really care about the work they do. Benefits are great. Many contracts so it’s easy to be moved when yours ends.

Cons

CEO is trying his best to make Riverside a destination company, but seems to think the best way to do so is to threaten everyone into pretending it’s true. He is demeaning and treats females the worst. When he decides he’s finished with you, he ignores you and sets you up to fail, because he would rather make you miserable so you quit instead of just firing you. His weekly emails, with empty apologies, are a testament to what a poor leader he is and highlight the bad business decisions he makes for all to see. Hopefully the board wakes up to the damage he’s causing.
