People you work with are fantastic.

Cons

Bad company policies make leaving a nightmare. Employees are just a means to an end and making their "Not for Profit" company more money, of which they are rolling in it.

Riverside is a small to medium company that is great place to work. The teaming environment means you can reach across the company easily to acquire the resources you need to meet the customer's needs.

Cons

It is growing and in some ways is losing the small company feel as more corporate processes are put in place.
