Having fun at work is a must! We're so glad you've had a chance to enjoy our annual summer outing, just wait until you get the opportunity to attend our winter party! Starting a new job always means starting out fresh, and we appreciate your feedback about our leave policy. We continually review our benefits, including our Paid Time Off, and we will take your feedback into consideration. In the interim, we encourage you to work closely with your manager for the time off you need; we do our best to accommodate those types of requests.

In 2022, Riverside Research launched a revamped Manager Training Series to help our managers learn industry best practices and to be world-class managers. We're also committed to ensuring our job descriptions and corresponding salary ranges are market-competitive. These tools, which we continue to improve upon, are helping us provide competitive salaries to employees, while ensuring they have supportive management they can lean on. Additionally, we continually review our benefits, including our Parental Leave, and we will take your feedback into consideration.

Pros

There are some very dedicated, hard-working individuals here but if you aren't in lockstep with leadership who are desperately clinging to their jobs, it's akin 7th circle of hell.

Cons

Beware....job was nothing like I was sold it was. Riverside structure is an inverse triangle..middle management point fingers and their leadership spends the bulk of their time figuring out ways not to be the target of the CEO's tyrannical, childish hissy fits or victim of his next hare-brained idea. Cult-like leadership is just riding it out until they retire. CEO claims he's creating a destination company, sadly it's more akin to a dumpster fire. If you enjoy being screamed at and insulted, by a man-child CEO, this is the place for you!
