Typically RRI's projects are well funded, technically challenging, the work environment is excellent, co-workers are top-notch in their domain, and the company is employee-driven and focused. Benefits and compensation are competitive and work/life balance is encouraged.

Cons

Most of the projects are federal and require US citizenship and clearance.
