Benefits and friendly feel of a small not for profit business. The employee education benefit is amazing and they just introduced a gym membership reimbursement plan.

Cons

Some isolation based on the fact that most of the work effort required at customer sites. No real negatives to speak of beyond that.

As a not-for-profit company, Riverside Research does not pay dividends to stakeholders, which enables us to reinvest back to our employees as well as other company-wide initiatives. We recognize that communication can be difficult with employees on customer sites. We strive to provide regular communications through our monthly newsletter.
