Riverside is one of the best companies I have worked for. They really try to make you feel like part of a family. They are concerned about how the employees feel about their work. They work to do the best they can to offer good benefits at a good cost. The management is wonderful. They care and they listen to employees.

Cons

Management should visit on site employees more often.

We focus on matching the skill set and qualifications of candidates to our open positions rather than filling a seat. Pros

Benefits and friendly feel of a small not for profit business. The employee education benefit is amazing and they just introduced a gym membership reimbursement plan.

Cons

Some isolation based on the fact that most of the work effort required at customer sites. No real negatives to speak of beyond that.
