-toxic culture -leadership is out of touch and currently “cleaning house”. -rumors are going around that they will be forcing people back to office.

I like my job. Grateful for the opportunities presented to me. I started at an entry level position and worked my way up. Great for job growth, moral, and good leadership especially in IDS.

Cons

I am grateful for all the opportunities I was given. It would of been nice to have a little more leave when I had my child last year but I can't complain. Riverside was very supportive and they even had a company announcement that I printed.
