Outstanding pay and good treatment of employees.

Cons

It has become way too political which has allowed a common but often overlooked Management Problem to creep in and that is "Playing Favorites". which negatively impacts a company’s culture and its performance.

From my experience: My management had a pretty clear expectations on what the work load was on a day to day basis. -Transparency (for the most part) -Competitive Pay -Flexible work Schedules -Understanding Leadership -They treated you with dignity and respect

Cons

-Lacking in culture and unity -19th century layout and work structure (cubicles and closed office doors) -Health Insurance is terrible -Over pressured and unrealistic expectations from leadership -0 Mentor ship programs -0 Young people will want to work here and why should they? All these things create a small -Unrealistic expectations on balancing a work/life balance which is hard to meet with demands that are constantly changing.
