Very poor management. Poor communication. Manager rarely comes in the often. No extra care to their drivers needs

There is a lot to like about the company. It is very driver focused and many opportunities for advancement

Cons

There aren’t many in leadership that I would work for. Most of those in leadership are questionable and could use some additional training. Again it’s very driver focused which is a good and a bad thing. Those in the office tend to feel jaded and unappreciated. Benefits were poor
