Sometimes loads were not easy to deliver and seemed at times planning wasnt the greatest.

Just okay pay for hostling Good schedule 4 days on 4 days off.

Cons

Management is spineless. They treat drivers like a number, not people. They'll let you go without solid explanation and no notice. I had zero write ups. Zero complaints. I was fired on my day off.

This is by far a great company. I havent been with any OTR companies. They are very family centered and work with you.
