      Room for Growth Excellent Pay Voice and Ideas are heard and used Drivers are not just a number but treated fairly Family orientated - Have met the President and Executive Leadership and they know who you are.

      Decent salary for no experience

      Cons

      Micromanagement, favoritism, nepotism, heavy workload, lack of training. VERY hard to move up. Expected to be available 24/7 and when not you are reprimanded.
