      Pros

      Free food on Fridays. Culture is great

      Cons

      Less than average health benefits/ 401k. As a fleet manager you are not able to plan loads for the trucks on your fleet so you effectively can’t control the miles. This affects any hope for additional compensation because you are graded on average miles/seated driver Lack of miles causes driver turnover which you are also graded on. You aren’t in control of getting a bonus.

      Honestly? anymore? not a single pro they ruined all the pros

      Cons

      well we used to have the best trucks, leather seats, fridges, inverters, free wifi, heated and cooled seats, they took almost all this away only kept the inverter, they lowered pay, they lacked miles, clothe seats, basic trucks, they cut alot of benefits, insurance prices skyrocketed
