      Pros

      Riverview is finally making some changes. The residents really like the food and I love taking care of them. The new CEO seems to understand what the future should look like.

      Cons

      Working for a non- profit is hard sometimes because we don’t always have the money to do things that the residents really want.

      Good place to gain experience in your field. Lots of opportunities to learn. Teamwork encouraged, supportive coworkers and management.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments. High performers constantly given more work while low performers are not held accountable or required to meet standards.
