      - Helping residents - Longtime staff really care about the place - free soup lunches - Employee appreciation events -Decent pay

      Cons

      -Understaffed -No clear company direction -heavy turn around with staff -actual responsibilities are usually much more than what is presented during interviews -most likely the business model will be unsustainable in the near future

      I felt like a valued member of the team, my charge nurse was great to work with and fellow team members were fantastic.
