      Pros

      - Good pay - Current work hours/days fit well with my outside life - Learning opportunities are plentiful Succeeding here is easy if you're willing to put in the work, talk to people and make yourself seen.

      Cons

      - Lots of schedule changes over the last few years - Many changes in management - Some uncertainty due to layoffs Despite these changes, it has still been a good experience for me and I would recommend people work here. There are always "good and bad" things/people anywhere you work. You have to make your experience what you desire it to be.
