Pros

The people that work here are really incredible. No matter what department i'm working with, it always feels collaborative. The benefits and perks are also great, and I feel very supported by my team and manager.

Cons

The pace can sometimes be very fast, but I think it is at most start ups at this stage. We're trusted to do a lot, and sometimes with short deadlines, but I've seen this as a challenge to better my time management and have learned how to manage my output. Thankfully, my manager is also very focused on us maintaining solid work/life balances.
